1. In view of new CBN regulation with regards to new cheques designs, please ensure that all old design cheques issued MUST be presented before 31/12/2020 for clearing. The banks will not accept them from the new year. 2. Further please also note that we shall not issue refunds in CHEQUES effective January 1, 2020. Please provide authorization and indemnity from consignee declaring the bank account number to which funds MUST be transferred.
