Digital Traffic Flow Control
The **Eto Truck Call-Up System** is an electronic traffic booking platform introduced by the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) and managed by **Truck Transit Parks (TTP) Limited**. It acts as the gatekeeper for all heavy cargo trucks heading to ports in the Lagos area, including PTML Terminal.
By replacing manual queues with digital slots, Eto guarantees that trucks only approach the port once their cargo is fully cleared and their terminal booking slot is active. This significantly reduces congestion along the Tin Can Island port corridors.
Remember: Under NPA guidelines, any truck approaching the PTML terminal without a valid, scanned Eto Gate-In Ticket will be turned back at the outer gates.
Booking Steps
ETO Scheduling Workflow
Follow the standard booking workflow to secure access to the PTML cargo loading stacks.

Register on TTP Portal
Log into the Truck Transit Parks platform. Create a profile for your transport company and add your fleet assets (trucks, drivers).

Bind EIR / Booking Code
Link your cleared EIR (Equipment Interchange Receipt) or booking reference code. Dues must be settled beforehand.

Go to Transit Park
Route your truck to Lillypond Transit Park or another designated holding bay. Wait for the digital gate-in notification.

Receive Call-Up Pass
Once the terminal yard stack is ready, a digital Eto Call-Up Pass will be dispatched to the driver's phone with a barcode.
5
Gate-In at PTML
Present the barcode at PTML Outer Gate 1. Once scanned and verified, proceed to stack allocations for container exchange.

24h Slot Expiry
Slots are valid for 24 hours. If a truck misses its entry window, the ticket is canceled and must be rescheduled on the TTP app.
