As the global Corona virus Pandemic continues to advance at an alarming rate, Nigeria remains vulnerable. We at Grimaldi Agency are vigilant to the fast moving situation and your well-being and safety remains our priority.

Grimaldi Agency along with our principals are taking all possible actions as per guidance from the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control and Prevention and all other domestic and international organizations like WHO and LASG.

Company ensures that entire premise is disinfected and fumigated regularly most especially where large number of customers comes to transact business. There is an increased focus on personal hygiene for all employees and stakeholders, with additional sanitizing facilities available throughout the premises.

In the same vein we would also like to encourage our customers to practice social distancing and good personal hygiene (i.e., thorough hand washing, sneezing or coughing into your elbow instead of your hand, and not touching your eyes, nose, and mouth) to help protect all of us and slow the spread of the virus.

We would like to remind you that you do not need to visit any of our offices for services like, estimates, vessel arrival/departure information, payment of invoices, waiver applications, EIR’s, Parking slot, customs booking.

As you may be aware many of organization in Europe have resorted to working from home and Grimaldi is no exception. This poses huge challenge in terms of original BL printing and delivery to shippers on time. We use this medium to encourage all customers to use our existing telex and PIN release option more and more.

We would like to reassure our stakeholders that the situation is being actively monitored on daily basis and actions are been taken accordingly, keeping interest of all our partners. News

1. In view of new CBN regulation with regards to new cheques designs, please ensure that all old design cheques issued MUST be presented before 31/12/2020 for clearing. The banks will not accept them from the new year.

2. Further please also note that we shall not issue refunds in CHEQUES effective January 1, 2020. Please provide authorization and indemnity from consignee declaring the bank account number to which funds MUST be transferred.
